According to Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December 1999 on the Protection of Personal Data (Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal), the Potential Clients will have the right of access to their data and the right to the amendment, opposition or cancellation thereof, by sending a written notice to Altura at the above-mentioned address.”
