The activities of Altura Markets are in accordance with the Directive on Financial Instruments (MiFID) that has been incorporated in Spanish law through a change in the Securities Exchange Act (Ley 47/2007 de reforma de La Ley del Mercado de Valores), and by Royal Decree 217/2008 regarding the legal status of the investment firms.
