Altura Markets, together with the BBVA group, has prepared a detailed regulation on this matter, the Customer Complaints Regulations, that will be forwarded to you upon request.

All complaints will be resolved by either our Customer Service Department or the Customer Ombudsman within two months. The regulation in place determines that if after that time no resolution has taken place or the customer disagrees with the resolution, the complaint can be forwarded by the customer to the Investor Ombudsman.
